Hello Everybody, last year exactly this day I once woke up and found out that my left ear is clogged and It seemed that something is inside my ear that doesn’t let the sounds go through my brain. Also after that I’ve got a constant high-freq sound in my left ear, the TINNITUS! I had sudden sensorineural hearing loss.<p>Story:
I was in a stressful situation and constant pressure about 6 months. My body alerts me in different ways but I ignore them which unfortunately resulted in hearing loss although I’m not sure 100% that this is related to the stress but I think it’s the case. I went to the ERP he prescribed me Prednisone but no luck! I’ve tried magnesium, zinc and b12 but none of the improved my hearing.<p>I want to know has anybody there which has the same experience? What’s the cause that stress had in my hearing? What should I do?
