It was never really a thing - it was a term applied to the scenario where an employee does their job, but nothing else. While that might not be the typical attitude in the entrepreneurial world, or in leadership roles... in many other industries and roles, that is simply called "doing your job."

Active disengagement is around 18%. It has fluctuated a bit, but the not engaged but not saboteours have long been the majority.
