Companies need some kind of structure to their day-to-day activities to help things get done efficiently, proficiently, and indeed at all. The paradise of perfect, productive processes that take all of the tedious parts of producing something awesome and make them “automatic” and “easy” is a very alluring, and at first glance very reasonable one.
