U.S. chip fab construction is among the slowest in the world

It seems to me nearly all construction is slow.<p>Have any of you witnessed a construction project run lean and mean anywhere?<p>Things seem to drag on for month!<p>Look at what we built last century!<p>Hard to imagine us doing that again.
