It's not clear to me why Tesla would need to pay this and not the person that hired these lawyers?<p>And it's odd that the shareholder has issues with a $56B payout but is fine for a $6B payout to its lawyers. Doesn't make sense

I would think if Delaware Judge approves this payout, it will accelerate companies leaving Delaware as their incorporation HQ.
