The speech recognition on my Android phone is amazing, it's faster than trying to type on a glass slab. It's the best use of AI to date, in my opinion. I assume it's a Google product, but I could be wrong.

I've used Mac Whisper to generate closed captions for video clips and it's magical. Saves dozens of hours if not more and there's a free version.
