If you wear traditional clothing from many ethnic groups that is based on wrapping large rectangles of cloth in various ways (togas, saris, etc.), traditional machine looms suffice.<p>There are already circular looms, which produce tubes, so some kinds of dresses are possible but shirts would be difficult and pants right out.<p>I'm mostly posting this to discover if I'm wrong, but I'd think 3D printing materials are all currently such that you could print clothing-shaped objects, but nothing you would actually wish to wear outside a photo shoot.
