Net neutrality favours tech giants and allows them to extract more value than they give to ISPs. It also increases their power. It’s amazing how much they can influence public opinion to make people think this is actually good for them.
Those are cosmetic things. Changes nothing.
Despite the claims Internet is very neutral de facto in USA.
