Interestingly, the only religious scripture that has any chapter dedicated to the concept similar to wormhole is the Quran Chapter 70 or surah Al-Maarij, and translated literally as "The Ways of Ascent" [1],[2].
There is also another Quran Chapter 17 or surah Al-Isra' where Muhammad performed Isra' from Mecca to Baitul Maqdis in Jerusalem and then from there performed the ascension to heaven or Mi'raj, or more popular known as Isra' Mi'raj event that is believed to use this special facility of Maarij for the ascension to heaven. This event is considered holidays in most Muslim countries where solat or pray (second pillar of Islam) was first officially prescribed [3].
[1]Al-Maarij:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Maarij
[2] Wormholes:
https://www.miracles-of-quran.com/wormholes.html
[3] Isra' and Mi'raj:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isra%27_and_Mi%27raj
