My grandma has consistently lost her hearing and has lost most of her short term memory. We have been using Ava for transcription as she can read quickly and comprehend, however reading her own response confuses her. One solution is to have the conversant wear AirPods so the mic only picks up their voice. Curious what the SOTA is for voice isolation or hiding members of the conversation. I imagine not much commercially available as the use case is niche but wonder about OS options.
