From what I read, this is mostly lower level people ignoring regulations but managers immediately reported to execs who reported to FAA.<p>I guess there are a lot of issues with that factory?
The article doesn't state the exact number of tests skipped or falsified, but the headline is misleading. It isn't 787 tests, it is tests on 787 model aircraft.
