Our company has acquired 15+ smaller entities that all have different service desk providers (e.g. ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, Freshservice), 2 CRMs (HubSpot and Salesforce) and different knowledge base tools etc.<p>We are trying to centralize support now but don't yet want to do the heavy lift of merging all software as we will likely do 20+ more acquisitions.<p>Typically, our agents will have several web apps open on their desktop: ticketing, the knowledgebase, Splunk or Dynatrace for some of the customer information, a map and some other etc.<p>Is there an interface app maker that can put these all in a single interface and can merge the apps and multiple service desks (maybe in iFrames or something)? Ideally, when a new support ticket pops up, it can make an API call in the other open apps to look for the relevant data?<p>Thanks in advance.
