If you removed a cube of brain from one person and inserted it into a suitable void in another, or swapped them out.. what do you think would happen before necrosis and rejection set in?<p>I doubt any concrete or even diffuse states analogous to &quot;somebody else&#x27;s memory&quot; would swap because.. that&#x27;s not how it works.<p>Whole brain.. different story.<p>Function- specific structure (amygdala) .. dunno

Lovelock was quick-freezing and microwave-thawing entire living hamsters in the mid 1900s.
