Platform is great but support is next to useless. It’s all boilerplate responses and like they didn’t even read your question. You’ll ask for clarification on something and they will parrot back the exact block of documentation that you ask for clarification on.
Also, and this might be an isolated thing, but their guide for Google Pay on Android is out of date and wrong. They talk (at least when I last checked less than 6 months ago) about having to submit a special build of your Android app to Google to get approved first and they don’t even mention registering as a Google Pay merchant IIRC (or their guide is very outdated). It was outdated 3 years ago and since I last looked it’s still wrong.
+1 for bad support. It’s like they’ve put all their efforts into having a 24/7 system that connects you to someone. But they forgot to train those people on how to use the product or answer basic questions.
The fees and upsells seem to be very aggressive too
+1 for bad support. They put so much effort into having a 24/7 system that connects clients to support. But it seems like they forgot to teach them how to actually support you. Very poor product knowledge, sub par comprehension of issues raised
The fees are also aggressive imo
Currently, the biggest issue I’ve been having is that their support group seems to be disconnected from each other and from automated processes. The platform is otherwise pretty solid, as long as nothing breaks.
