Stress bragging may make you seem less competent, less likable at work

Stress Bragging is a big thing in infosec these days. I generally mute people who start off constantly bragging about how much they enjoy the job, followed immediately by 3 or 4 additional posts on how they can barely manage getting up in the morning because they're so stressed out.
It literally tells me that you love the job, but aren't good at it, and that's why it's so hard. I've been in the biz since the early 90's and I don't remember it being so onerous.
Sometimes letting off steam is good for you. But when half your tweets or toots are about how you're going out of your mind because you can't get anything else done in life, you're totally in the wrong business.
One doesn't always have to be professional, but blathering endlessly about how tough your job is, directly to others doing the same job, means you really shouldn't be there. Choose something easier, like data entry.

Stress bragging could be someone projecting and representative of someone else too competent and likable at work
How is one to create back pressure if they must smile and take 'it', whatever it is?
I left a place because despite my protestations, more not-my-job kept being piled on. I was the trustworthy one.
