Ok, so this is a single person's (math PhD no less) Rust project that's just the kernel, that also happens to not support Linux. I have a feeling that getting from this to anything useful for mechanical engineering is a long, looong, looooong way away.<p>Meanwhile, in my little land of utility-first, Inkscape proves to be the minimal viable solution, and when I need more then qcad does the job. Any suggestions of other tools that happen to support Linux is much welcome.<p>I also wish luck and perseverance to the Truck's author. They gonna need it.
