The Blood of Exceptionally Long-Lived People Reveals Crucial Differences

I find their use of blood glucose as a marker to be exceptionally dubious.
One blood sample = one data point.
If you've ever used a continuous glucose monitor or a lancet device and blood glucose monitor, you'll know how wildly BG can fluctuate throughout the day with highs after eating, lows whilst fasting et al.
I'd go as far as to say it's a very misleading stat to utilize without using CGMs, even then, accuracy varies without offsetting with calibration measurements from blood. This is all assuming that people hydrate correctly and don't lean on their CGM in their sleep and skew stats through compression.
