Ollama Release v0.1.45. Support DeepSeek-Coder-V2

I gotta say I'm so impressed with Ollama. I didn't expect it to be this easy to use, and this performant. I just let it run in tray and forget about it and it does the job of replacing ChatGPT perfectly. Now to find ways to extend it!
