Hey everyone!<p>This is a contribution tracker for my Github org I hacked together today. I use contribution trackers to see what the org is doing at a high level.<p>It uses Claude Haiku, the Github API and Github Workflows to summarize and analyze each contribution for impact, then automatically generate a markdown document for the week describing the changes for each repo and what everyone did.<p>The main idea behind impact-analysis is to filter out low-quality contribution noise. The contribution overviews can also make an excellent input for an upstream AI that e.g. helps write a weekly newsletter!<p>I'd love to hear what you think! Critical feedback welcome!
