Hi everyone!<p>I adore Hacker News, but like all social platforms, it can easily become a slot machine where every visit brings new posts and comments!<p>To address this, I built HackerDaily. It only shows posts from the previous day, eliminating the 'slot machine' effect while ensuring you never miss the best content.<p>Some other key features:<p>- Improved comment collapsing<p>- RSS feed[1]<p>- Dark mode<p>- PWA<p>- Open source[2]<p>I built it for myself, but over 300k visitors have used it so far!
