A win for Linux. I will always advocate Linux Desktop, and that Linux Desktop is the future. While proton may not be where we want it to be and game development is more geared towards and catered towards Windows development, Nvidia is opening its drivers up to open source models. Linux just gained a 4.45% market share increase recently (how long that will last with its learning curve is questionable) - The longest issue to date was/is DirectX and Microsoft Proprietary things are windows exclusive, I guess now shaders/ray tracing/new tech etc - I'm no longer a gamer, was in the past).<p>Viva, Linux Desktop.
