Silicon Valley's Online Ideologues Are in Model Collapse

I realize this is off topic but I always wonder what causes stories to bounce off the front page. It was on the front page, then suddenly it wasn&#x27;t in the top 300 posts (I didn&#x27;t check any further), and now it&#x27;s back on the front page - all without having a single comment.<p>EDIT - and after adding this comment, once again this post is nowhere to be found near the front page.

Echo chambers and media bias are a universal problem; it certainly doesn&#x27;t only affect tech billionaires. Maybe we expect &quot;elites&quot; to be less biased and consume information in a more intelligent way than the general public? TBH Silicon Valley still leans overwhelmingly left of center, and the individuals the author mentions are able to draw so much attention because they are an exception to the historic ideology of Silicon Valley.
