Hi dear HN community,
I recently applied to an AI/ML startup (opened in Dec 2023, seed state around 10M) and, after 3 technical good interviews I got interviewed by the founder that tells me, after 5 min of interview, that I was "ready" for its company (sic).
No "hello", no "goodbye".
After 20-30 min of discussion, and the fact that the startup received tons of applications but hired "only 3 persons", got questions about the job that I was never aware of, I am now convinced that this company is doing fake hiring interviews.
I received the rejection email a few hours later with no feedback at all.
I sent an email to ask more information and, also, to talk how I was confused by the interview, but no response (yet).
Is there a website or something to prevent people to apply there, or just give feedbacks to the company that startups should actually perform "human centric" interviews please? (Especially if you are an AI/ML startup.)
Thanks in advance.
