We're a 35 person fintech, bootstrapped, growing steadily year on year.<p>Listening to our team, they see horizontal communications across the business as an area that we can improve upon as we continue to scale and grow our team size.<p>To address this we have more cross departmental meetings on a regular basis to ensure speedier and more joined up decision making/information sharing. However, we only invite those that directly contribute to the meeting to attend. This ensures we avoid meetings taking up too much time for people across the business.<p>We're experimenting with using ChatGPT to summarize these meetings so that anybody with an interest in the subject matter being discussed gets updated. That includes me as the CEO!<p>I wondered if anybody else has been using ChatGPT or similar to enhance processes? Keen to hear ideas!
