Here's a few things that I found beneficial:<p>* casio watch with 1hr beep and countdown timer for Pomodoro
* ipad and ipencil
* standing desk and proper chair
* anxiety and adhd meds
* wide monitor with light
* vertical monitor for mails, teams and spotify
I've been doing WFH on and off for several decades. What I've learned is that it works well for me, as long as I can satisfy one requirement: to have a room with a door that is dedicated solely to working. If I'm in the room, I'm working. If I'm not in the room, I'm not working.
