Google Wins Lawsuit Against Scammers Who 'Weaponized' DMCA Takedowns

It’s insane how fighting a DMCA notice can have serious consequences, but sending frivolous DMCA notices does not.

They won a default judgment against two people from Vietnam, which seems to ask them pretty please to stop doing it. Not exactly cause for celebration.
