This is very strangely phrased, both in the title, and in the article body:<p><i>&quot;Guthrie allegedly warned staff during the meeting that Microsoft won’t return to working in the office five days a week unless it notices a lag in productivity.&quot;</i><p>This feels less like a warning and more like an ... appeal?<p>If you like this, help make sure it works.

Wild to see this couched as a stern warning. Seems more like &quot;we&#x27;re not introducing RTO unless there is a good reason for it&quot;.

I would be for the employees returning to office, if they could make Windows UI flexible and customizable.<p>After all, there is at least some minimal efforts to modernize the Win11 UI: it seems not impossible (after many years of trying) to make taskbar icons small, or align the taskbar icons to the left.

lol MS doesn’t pay enough to pull this stunt. A chill workplace culture is all they have going for them.
