GCC Preparing to Set C23 "GNU23" as Default C Language Version

I am trying very hard to make my C code compile with <i>NOT</i> gcc&#x2F;clang, for instance with tinycc and&#x2F;or cproc&#x2F;qbe (and I should add scc, etc).
