He'll end up mixing up his real wife conversation memories with his fake ones.<p>It's an interesting idea though - a beta-level AI recreating a deceased persons personality, like from Revelation Space is probably not too far away

I dont think I can agree with this idea here, this seems like a really bad idea, I can understand the OPs perspective, but I just cant see this being healthy at all. It's terrifying that to think that this is the future that AI might bring.
