With some of these headlines, I find myself thinking: "Established players with an edge need more fresh small fish to gobble up."<p>That's not to say there isn't a potentially good path forward, but whatever it is will require some changes to systems (article gives example of employee ownership in companies) instead of just an infusion of participants.<p>> But these indictments confuse the concept of capitalism with its implementation.<p>That is true, but it's also something you see on the other side, where positive features of the concept are invoked even when the implementation differs. "If you hold us liable for the damages we caused, you're endangering the economy and hate Capitalism", etc.<p>There's also the issue of "limited liability" situations, pollution cleanup, and other socialization of losses, but it's a pretty big can of worms to open.
