I want to join the matrix ecosystem again. Any homeservers you can recommend? I wanted to go cybre.space but it is EOL since the beginning of this year.<p>Or is the default matrix.org good enough?<p>Which client do you use for mobile?
What are some general tweaks I can do?
With my old account I received many messages I couldn't read and users reported they can't see my messages. What did I wrong in setting it up?

I gave Matrix a try but I found the whole system to be immature and confusing (i.e. Element vs Element X, what’s up with that?). So now I use Slack and Mattermost instead. (And IRC, but very seldom these days.)
