Assuming the other six get any news at all, does that mean the other six get it from the traditional sources (nightly news, NYT, etc.)?

Since when did we stop reducing our fractions? 4 in 10? Why not 1 in 5? Why not 40 in 100? Why not 20%?
I'd only expect that number to increase as time goes on as older people phase out leaving the younger generations that have never known a time of not having socials. There are some "influencers" that are just the meme-like people that have absolutely no clue what they are talking about but have figured out which nonsense stories to promote to get the clicks. Then there are other social media types that actually do the work, and have foregone the traditional media route. Sadly, they still come across with a lot of the things I don't like about social media personalities even if toned down a lot.
Also, this group of people just do not watch the boobtube to see the nightly news types of broadcasts with "traditional" anchors. That's the screen the parental units watch therefore it is uncool to watch. I've seen some elder GenZs that have a TV but rarely watch it because they are glued to the mobile instead. (I know that does not mean they all do, but it's amusing nonetheless)
