Interpol arrests 5,500 across 5 continents for cybercrime, seizes over $400M

Is there some way to help someone who has been defrauded by a pig butchering / romance scam to see if the individuals involved were part of this group? My hope would be to assist them in collecting some of the funds that were taken.
