Do what the Israelis did. Have some officers act as tourists and bait the thieves. Once the phone has been stolen, activate it&#x27;s charge.<p>I&#x27;m sure it won&#x27;t take long, for thieves, to stop stealing them.

Not sure I support blowing up phone thieves, but I get your point...
