I want to mount a tablet in my kitchen. I don't need it to do anything fancy. I just want to view:<p>* my recipes<p>* calendar<p>* notes<p>I plan on using Notion or building a mini personal dashboard, served as a local static page.<p>Ideally something Android based, with a good battery life, not sluggish and it doesn't break the bank.<p>Any suggestions?
