Hi, is there ANY reviewer&#x2F;review mechanism? What controls do you have in place that it won&#x27;t get me to life 10x the weight I am supposed to (and then bust a knee and then sue you out of existence?)(but most important &#x27;the knee&#x27;).<p>On the Pros&#x2F;Cons, every time I used the services of a personal trainer they see when I flinch, when I twist a finger, when I can (or cannot) do one-more-rep, correct every centimeter of my body being off. This is 100x times more valuable than &quot;next week do 50kg&quot;<p>Perhaps that would make sense for (very) experienced people that have nailed the technique?<p>Do you have some videos&#x2F;gifs showcasing each exercise?<p>Side-note: I&#x27;m in the EU and I am getting this message on Android store: &quot; App not available - A testing version of this app hasn&#x27;t been published yet or isn&#x27;t available for this account.&quot;
