I think it's just a regional data issue. Or ask your city to upload their own GIS data to <a href="https://contentpartners.maps.google.com/welcome" rel="nofollow">https://contentpartners.maps.google.com/welcome</a> if they don't already do that.<p>PS Those permalinks will only take you to the right perspective if you have "Globe View" enabled. If you don't, you have to click Layers -> More -> Globe View and then copy and paste the link again in the same browser window. Refreshing won't work. It also won't work in Incognito. I don't know why Google can't figure out how to make a proper permalink =/ Sigh.
