I’m glad that users who lost their data got a free month out of it, what a deal, imagine you had to pay them for losing your data.<p>It’s wild that a hosted database provider can fumble it so bad. They first highlight that the program is beta, so it’s really your fault, then continue with the two paragraphs excuses and then go ahead and say it is not an excuse.<p>Didn’t they just have layoffs, too? Disgruntled employee sabotaging the company? The person in charge of not nuking customer data was fired?
