It would be interesting if nbc posting a link to the amendment text.<p>They just parrot their own narrative.<p>I think it’s most important to understand if they are removing the 2 term limit entirely (no term limit at all?) or amending the 2 term limit to be a 3 term limit. ( as the headline implies )<p>I think a lot of people could rationalize allowing 3 terms. Far less people would be on board with no limits at all.
