Bill criminalizing votes for sanctuary policies constitutionally suspect

This is insanity. You can be imprisoned for a <i>vote?!</i> You can vote for a law, and the law can be immediately challenged, as is often the case. This is an attempt by the executive branch to usurp the power of the legislative branch.
