Openreach want to start installing fibre instead of poncing about with some fantasy only available to the select few<p>I live in a fairly affluent area in Surrey UK.<p>Broadband is Shite!<p>my download speeds rarely go above 1Mbps
my upload speeds rarely go above 100Kbps<p>Only copper cabling in my area no fibre.
