I like that this is a bundle of documentation thrown into an old (pharonic old) industrial site used for laying up boats, before it was sealed up.<p>They guy was microblogging! (Ok: twice daily diarising, papyrus and stylus in hand)<p>I also like the archaeologist standing back from debates which are very political in Egyptology. He does not try to speak to things outside his speciality. He's having fun mining a forgotten corner, along the logistics supply route to the pyramids.<p>The stuff was there, because it was a brownfield ex industrial site everyone else (graverobbers included) skipped over. Even mis characterised as later period Christian catacombs.
