Whistleblowers only matter if the executive branch decides to bring a case before the courts, and neither of those seems likely. We've been using the bully pulpit all along, and it doesn't sound like it's going to be any more effective now.<p>This sounds like a recipe for going down fighting. And hey, that's worth something.
