Apple TV+ crosses enemy lines, will be available as Android app starting today

This is kind of a weird announcement, as AppleTV+ has worked on an Android TV (either embedded in a TV, or with a separate box like the nVidia Shield) for a few years now.<p>What took so long to put a very similar app on mobile devices?
