Deliberately misleading name.<p>This policy blocks investment by China into &quot;strategic sectors&quot; in the USA.<p>Also blocks third parties from investing based on &quot;political distance to and independence from China&quot;.<p>All law&#x2F;policy is now up for misuse, by Donald. I don&#x27;t know to what extent this problem is increased, because I don&#x27;t know to what extent existing law&#x2F;policy allows Donald to block economic activity.<p>As an aside, I&#x27;ll be attending a support rally in Berlin this early evening, for Ukraine.

Decades ago back in Florida, the smart money would not invest in a real estate deal if Trump was in it.<p>This kind of intution probably spared a number from certain bankruptcy.<p>I would expect the smart money overseas not to be very motivated until Trump is way out of the picture on this.<p>If there is real opportunity now, it can only get better then.
