But for me, statements like this paint a picture of a soulless, homogenous future without a sense of artistry or craftsmanship.<p>At the end of the day, both a Chevy and a Mercedes perform identical tasks equally well. The reason people pay more for the Mercedes is because of the extra attention that was put into the design and its execution. Outsourcing their primary differentiator to AI models accessible to their the competitors wipes away all of their advantages.
