US Cyber Command reportedly pauses cyberattacks on Russia

Hhhhh what could possibly go wrong?!

Why would they announce something like this, I find it so strange that the US Gov likes to announce every move they make to what most of America considers their adversaries. If it is not just disinformation, it is troubling.
