Kind of amazing how multiple people in this article will say something like "Blockchain ... has zero to no use” and list the reasons why this is so, and at the same praise blockchain (the same person says it's a "fantastic technology") or trot out the same excuses we've heard for years about how it will take time to realize "eventual benefits."
