High memory consumption or memory leak on Intel integrated graphics

Looks like it&#x27;s by design: <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;github.com&#x2F;microsoft&#x2F;D3D9On12&#x2F;issues&#x2F;72#issuecomment-2457944845">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;github.com&#x2F;microsoft&#x2F;D3D9On12&#x2F;issues&#x2F;72#issuecomment...</a><p>I have no horse in this race, but it seems frustrating.

This is an issue we&#x27;ve encountered in our products - and I&#x27;ve seen it impact Intel graphics processors, as far back as gen 8.
