For those that are unaware:<p>Asahi Lina <i>is</i> an alternate “vtuber” personality of Hector Martin. So it makes sense his alternate personality would also quit.<p>Rather than rehash it yet again, you can do an HN comment search for “asahi lina“ and get the facts.<p>TL;DR: Hector has goofed a few times and revealed himself on livestreams. I was super interested in this work.<p>I watched a couple of them myself and can confirm at least 2 of these incidents, including one where his vtuber video overlay failed and revealed himself.<p>Anyway, don’t want people to be confused with what’s going on. He’s got problems, like us all, and I hope he finds peace.<p>Edit: Alyssa Rosenzweig is a real person and not one of Hector’s identities. And quite brilliant.
